Shipping and Delivery

As a Royal Mail business customer, we are updated daily on the postal services in both the UK and services to our overseas destinations. We have always used Royal Mail Tracked delivery services and continue to do so. We are being advised however, that whilst this service is operating normally within the UK (although there are some short delays to our Tracked 48 service), we have been notified that tracking of parcels overseas by partner postal services is not universally being honoured and once parcels leave the UK it is not always possible to see the parcel progress to its final destination. To date we are not aware of any parcels not being received.
We are also advised daily of any countries closing their borders to incoming mail, and if you are in one of those countries, then we will not be able to deliver to you and will advise you of that fact when we receive your order and provide a full refund.
At the current time, we are advising our customers that once an order is placed, that they should expect a longer than normal delivery time and please be patient. We are not able to influence shipping times though this period and cannot be held responsible for any significant delay to your shipment.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the stated address.
As all products are made to order, we will make every effort to dispatch orders received within 3 working days. Shipping courier services will normally be made by Royal Mail deliveries, although there may be occasions where we use an alternative courier and you should allow 3 -5 working days within England, Wales, Northern Ireland and mainland Scotland. It might take longer to deliver items to more remote areas. An additional 5 working days should be allowed for deliveries outside of the UK, but within continental Europe. During exceptionally busy periods (i.e. Christmas) this time may be slightly longer.
We do ship worldwide, but if your country is not included then please let us know. Whilst we take all reasonable care to conform with a specific countries import rules, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that there are no import restriction on dry tea products. Although we anticipate shipping time should be 5-7 working days for delivery, for more distant locations from the UK, it could be anywhere up to 14-21 days due to logistics within the receiving country,
Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we may contact you to advise of any such delays. Delivery Costs are outlined below:
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO ENABLE YOU TO SEE WHERE YOUR ORDER IS IN TRANSIT.
Up to £35.00 = £3.95. If you order is over £35.00 delivery is FREE!
We anticipate that orders for delivery within the UK should be received within 2-3 business days from the date your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification of this at the time of dispatch, however we cannot guarantee this delivery date.
We cannot ship large accessories outside of the UK due to weight constraints, sorry. Small Infusers are easily shipped and are included!

All shipping is sent via Royal Mail tracked services. At peak times, signatures will be required - except those countries where signatures via chosen local delivery services is not available.

We ask that you always check your orders as soon as you receive them. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via email - firstname.lastname@example.org. You are entitled to the right to cancel your order with us within fourteen days of the receipt of your goods in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping) providing it is for a non perishable item. Any teas purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the possibility of contamination once it has left our hands, unless the item has been received damaged.
All non perishable items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging.

In case of cancellation and there is no fault with the product, items must be returned at the cost of the customer. If the item is returned due to damage and it is deemed damaged, the delivery charge will be refunded by Rosie Lea Tea.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost in the post.
